Why Particula

Institutions will trust tokenized assets the way they trust everything else: through transparency, governance, and credibility.
In November 2025, I joined Particula as Senior Executive Advisor for Institutional Strategy & Commercialization — supporting founders Timm Reinsdorf, Nadine Wilke and Carsten Hermann, and the wider leadership team, as they scale institutional adoption of risk ratings for tokenized assets.
The thesis is simple: as tokenized assets move toward mainstream adoption, institutions will require the same transparency, governance, and credibility standards they rely on in traditional finance. Establishing that infrastructure is essential — and Particula, three years in and tech-first from day one, is exceptionally well positioned to deliver it.
